As a Mortgage Broker, you can invite your clients to use Frollo to share their financial information with you. There are 3 ways available to do this:
Option 1. Ask your client to share their data with you from their Frollo app
Option 2. Provide your clients with your unique link (URL)
Option 3. Send an invitation email from Frollo for Brokers
Option 1: Ask your client to share their data with you from their Frollo app
If your client is not already a user of the Frollo app, they can download it from the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play.
Once installed, your client can connect their accounts and use the money management features. They can also choose to share their data with you, as their Mortgage Broker.
To do this, you need to be a Frollo for Brokers registered broker, this allows you to be found and establishes the Trusted Adviser connection between you and your client.
Following this, your client can search for you within the Frollo app under Settings > Data Sharing > Disclose your data.
Your client can also withdraw their consent at any time using the same feature.

Option 2: Provide your clients with your unique link (URL)
If you would like to embed your own unique link in your client fact-find template, follow these steps.
Steps to source your unique link:
1. Log in to Frollo for Brokers
2. Select Invite client then select Copy link, you can now paste your unique link (URL) into your own invite.
3. Alternatively, source your Frollo Registration Code that is displayed below the Invite client button. Add this Code to the end of URL: https://app.frollo.com.au/register?types=consolidated&external_party_key=

What you and your clients need to know:
- Your clients must use the link and complete their Frollo using a browser from their smart phone or desktop (not via the Frollo app). We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
- They will be directed to their Welcome screen where they can enter their details to login and complete their consent process.
Tip: Your fact-find template should include information about Open Banking so that your client is made aware prior to starting. Our best practice guide is available to assist.
Option 3: Send an invitation email from Frollo for Brokers
Your client will receive an invitation email with instructions to guide them through the consent process.
Steps to invite a client:
1. Log in to Frollo for Brokers
2. Invite your client
- Select Invite client
- Enter their first name, last name and email address, and select Send invite
Within minutes your client will receive an email inviting them to get started.
Tip: If the email is not received, they should check their Spam folder.
Resending an invitation:
If your client requires another invite email, you can easily resend. Here's how:
1. Go to the Invited clients tab
2. Select the 3-dot menu against the clients record, and select Resend invite.
Within minutes your client will receive another email.

1. Will I receive a notification email when my client shares their data?
Yes, you will receive an email to let you know that your client's data and documents are available for you to securely retrieve from Frollo for Brokers.

2. Can my client share their data with me (as their Mortgage Broker) from their Frollo app?
As a consumer, your client can use the Frollo app for personal finance management.
If they choose to use the Frollo app, they can search for you, as a Frollo for Brokers registered broker by email within their Frollo app under Settings > Data Sharing > Disclose your data.
If you are not registered with Frollo for Brokers, your client will need to use the Frollo webflow from your invite to use Open Banking.

3. Can my client turn off the Frollo and bank notification emails?
When your client connects a bank, they will receive confirmation via email from Frollo and via email and/or SMS from their bank.
This may seem like a lot of communication, however it is required by the Government to ensure they are fully informed from both parties that their data is being shared, with who and for how long.
Clients are not able to turn off these notifications.
