Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can a "Team" Frollo for Brokers account be created so that a single company unique link URL can be sent, and Admin Support can have visibility over multiple brokers?
Currently, Frollo for Brokers is offered to individual Mortgage Brokers as we use the Trusted Adviser model within the CDR framework and are required to adhere to the legislation.
We are advocating for additional roles within Mortgage Broker businesses to be included in the Trusted Adviser definition or an expansion of the definition to help set up for businesses similar to the question posed, however for now, Frollo for Brokers only offers an individual registration per Mortgage Broker.

- Frollo for Brokers provides access to new consents (since registration), it won't provide access to any consents that were invited from your CRM.
- New consents from Frollo for Brokers will also be usable (i.e. visible and available to use) within your CRM and ApplyOnline where your name and email, and client name and email exactly match. You can refresh your clients data until consent has expired or been withdrawn.
