Good news for Consumers and Trusted Advisers using Frollo!
Consumers have access to 110+ available Data Holders such as Banks when collecting their financial information to use in the Frollo App or share with their Trusted Adviser (Financial Adviser or Mortgage Broker).
Here's What's Useful to Know
The Australian Government reports that 99.73% of the household deposit market share is already covered by Open Banking data sharing. Furthermore, the Government has mandated non-bank lending participation.
Non-Bank Lending Participation
The Australian Government has mandated that Product data sharing obligations will apply in the non-bank lenders sector from 13 July 2026. This will be followed by consumer data sharing obligations starting from 9 November 2026 for initial providers and from 10 May 2027 for large providers.
This expansion means that you can gather more comprehensive financial information to receive a complete financial position picture.

Known Issues
The ACCC provides a rectification schedule of active Data Holders with implementation gaps.
A summary of banking issues is available: Rectification schedule - active data holders with implementation gaps
The issues of high impact to Frollo are:
| # | Data Holder | Issue | CDR Ref |
| 1 | Australian Mutual |
Australian Mutual Bank (AMBL) merged with Teachers Mutual Bank (TMB) legally on the 01 May 2026 with the AMBL database merged into the TMB database on the 22 May 2026. As part of this change, existing Open Banking data sharing consents and associated tokens issued under AMB are no longer valid. Affected members will need to re-establish their data sharing consents with TMBL by reconnecting through their data recipient (ADR). Once a new consent is created, account refresh will function as normal. |

| 2 | ING Bank (Australia) |
Reported January 2025, remaining loan term and repayment amount incorrect. The Loan End Date field is not being shared by ING following the recent database and adapter migration. This issue has been reported to the ACCC and has been published in Rectification schedule - active data holders with implementation gaps | Consumer Data Right.
ING's proposed resolution date: 31 October 2026. |
CDR-10353 |
| 3 | Greater Bank |
Account statement discrepancy caused by an internal informational transaction (“Month Due Monthly Adjustment for Repayment”) used to reduce the available balance by the minimum monthly repayment amount. This transaction is visible in the CDR data, it does not appear on customer manually downloaded bank statements. The discrepancy shows a mismatch in the opening balance, however, the closing balance is correct. |
CDR-10596 |
| 4 | National Australia Bank (NAB) |
Account syncing issue caused when an account is "partially" closed and holds a positive balance. Customers are required to contact their Banker or NAB Customer Support to complete the process to fully close the account. |
CDR-10533 |
| 5 | Woolworths Team Bank | API errors will be addressed when Woolworths migrates to their new software platform. The new date is now 30th Nov 2026. | CDR-9174 |
