Selecting Joint Accounts

Yes, Frollo Account holders can select joint accounts to share data from.

Single Consent for Data Retrieval

Banks allow data from joint accounts to be retrieved under a single consent. This means only one of the joint account holders needs to provide their Open Banking Consent.

Bank Notifications to Joint Account Holders

Please note that when data is accessed by one of the joint account holders, many banks will notify the other account holder.

Disallowing Data Sharing

If an account holder does not wish to allow joint account data to be shared (for example, in situations involving separated couples), one of the account holders can update their internet banking or bank app "Data sharing permissions" settings to revoke permission.
