You can easily manage and renew your Bank data collection consents via your Data sharing dashboard.
To access it, simply select Data sharing on the Home page, or use the link included in your Frollo notification emails.
As your consent approaches its expiry date, Frollo will send you a series of email reminders and display a renewal banner on your Data sharing dashboard. You can renew your consent directly from the dashboard or by clicking the link in any reminder email.
How to renew your data collection consent
Email reminders are sent at the following intervals before expiry:
- 4 weeks prior
- 2 weeks prior
- 1 week prior
- 1 day prior
Example Data collection renewal:

You will receive an email reminder at 4 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 week, and 1 day before your consent expires. A banner notification will also appear within the active consent row of your Data sharing - Incoming data tab starting 4 weeks before expiry, prompting your to renew. |

From the banner on your active consent, select Renew data sharing. You can also click the link in any of the reminder emails to begin the renewal process. |

| 3 | You will be prompted to confirm the data sharing period - that is, how long you would like to grant access to your data (3, 6 or 12-months). Review and confirm your selection. | |
| 4 | You will be redirected to your bank to authorise the extension of your existing consent. | |

Success! Once you've provided consent at your bank, select Done. You will be automatically redirected back to your Data sharing dashboard. Your consent has been successfully renewed. If further assistance is needed, Submit a request to our Support team. |
