What are consents?
Consents allow you to control which accounts and data are shared with Frollo through either CDR (Consumer Data Right) or screen-scraping connections. You have full control over creating, updating, and withdrawing these consents at any time.
Managing your consents
Navigate to the Consent dashboard: Go to Settings > Data sharing
Update your sharing: You can update which accounts you share at any time by updating your consent.
Withdraw a consent: If you no longer want to share data from a bank, you can withdraw the consent. Once withdrawn, your data will stop syncing from that institution.
Expiry: CDR consents are time-limited (usually 12 months). You’ll need to renew your consents BEFORE they expire if you want to continue sharing data.
Things to keep in mind
Withdrawing a consent will stop data sharing for the accounts under that consent.
Once a consent is withdrawn or expires, any personalisation and customisation to the data associated with the consent will be deleted forever. This includes all:
Bills, goals and budgets that you have set up with these accounts and transactions.
Buckets and categories, custom descriptions, tags and notes that you have applied to these transactions will be deleted.
You will no longer see a complete picture of your finances or be able to use the Frollo app to its full potential.
