Managing Your Goals in the Frollo App
The Goals feature helps you plan, save, and track progress toward the things that matter most to you, whether it’s a holiday, a new car, or prepare for a house deposit.
What are Goals?
Goals let you set aside money for a specific purpose and monitor your progress over time. You can create multiple goals, each with its own target amount and timeline.
Creating a Goal
You can create a new goal directly from the Goals dashboard. When setting up a goal, you’ll need to:
Choose a goal name (e.g., “Emergency Fund” or “Holiday in Japan”).
Select a target amount you want to save.
Decide on a completion date or timeline.
Link the goal to a specific account - Each goal has to link with only one account.
Tracking Your Goals
Once created, Frollo automatically tracks your progress:
Your balance updates automatically (via CDR or screen-scraping). The goal progress is tracked based on your latest balance
The Goals dashboard shows how much you’ve saved, how much is left, and whether you’re on track to meet your deadline.
Once your goal meets the target amount, your goal is completed and the goal status won't change after that regardless of the account balance.
Updating or Editing a Goal
At any time, you can:
Change the target amount or completion date.
Pause or delete a goal if it’s no longer relevant.
Goal Insights
The Goals dashboard provides:
A progress bar for each goal so you can quickly see where you stand.
An overview of all goals together, making it easy to prioritise.
Notifications to help you stay on track.
