Good news for Consumers and Trusted Advisers using Frollo!
Consumers have access to 110+ available Data Holders such as Banks when collecting their financial information to use in the Frollo App or share with their Trusted Adviser (Financial Adviser or Mortgage Broker).
Here's What's Useful to Know
The Australian Government reports that 99.73% of the household deposit market share is already covered by Open Banking data sharing. Furthermore, the Government has mandated non-bank lending participation.
Non-Bank Lending Participation
The Australian Government has mandated that Product data sharing obligations will apply in the non-bank lenders sector from 13 July 2026. This will be followed by consumer data sharing obligations starting from 9 November 2026 for initial providers and from 10 May 2027 for large providers.
This expansion means that you can gather more comprehensive financial information to receive a complete financial position picture.
