This is what happened!
You were using the app, and from memory you didn't log out from the Frollo app. You just simply closed the app or put the app in the background.
It's been a while since the last time you used the app.
Today you opened the app again, and it logged you out.
It's required you to login again.
Did you know
The Frollo app uses a refresh token with an expiry to strengthen security and protect users.
The refresh token expires after 30 days, but it automatically renews every time you access the app.
Each time you log in, the expiry resets to another 30 days.
If you don’t use the app for 30 days, you’ll be logged out for security reasons.
Regular use means you won’t need to log in again, as your token keeps extending.
Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:
Re-login to the app using your Frollo credentials or your social login account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login screen and tap Reset password.
Make sure you use the email registered with Frollo, and check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the reset email.
If you use social login, you’ll need to reset your password directly with your social account provider.
