This is what happened!
Your bank accounts have been successfully connected.
You have set up multiple bills.
When you look at previous transactions linked to a bill then you notice it is not correct
Here are a few tips to help you resolve your issue:
- Try to remove the incorrect transactions from your bill. You can do it from the transaction itself (transaction details screen) or from the bill details screen:
From the bill details screen, go to View transactions > Select one or more transactions that are not correct bill payments > Tap Remove from bill
- Add transactions that are correct bill payments to your bill:
From the bill details screen, go to Add a bill payment > Select a transaction you want to add to the bill.
Note: The transaction you select SHOULD NOT tie to any other bills. You can identify this by checking the bill icon next to each transaction, if it presents then the transaction is belong to a bill already. You may want to remove the transaction from that bill first, before adding to another bill.
