Explain how Frollo accesses your financial information
To help you turn your finances around, we collect and analyse your financial data and we only do this with your approval. Our analysis of your data allows us to provide you with tools and recommend strategies to improve your financial wellbeing. We are not able to initiate transactions on your accounts and have no need to do so.
How do we collect this information?
We collect information when you register and provide your consent to connect with your financial data. This information is used to power the features of the App and allow us to communicate with you for notifications, alerts, technical messages.
During the consent flow, you are able to select duration of sharing your data, you can choose which data you want to share, and you have full control of your data sharing with Frollo when using Open Banking.
How do you manage your Data sharing?
You can manage your Data sharing, including update and stop your data sharing with Frollo at any time by going to: Settings > Data Sharing in the Frollo app or web.
How far back do we collect your data sharing?
To provide the best possible experience and financial insights, Frollo collects all available data from your bank once you give consent, with no time restriction imposed by Frollo.
The more historical data we have, the better we can understand your financial patterns and deliver meaningful insights. We don’t offer an option to limit how far back data is collected — any data shared by your bank is used solely to provide the services you have consented to.
