Why Can't My Broker See My Financial Information After I Completed Frollo?
If you've completed the Frollo process but your Mortgage Broker doesn't have access to review your financial information, here’s what might have happened and what you can do:
1. Check for "You're Done!" Screen
The most common reason is that the final Disclosure Consent step in the Frollo process was not fully completed. After the final step is finished, a "You're done!" screen will be displayed. Please ensure you saw this screen:
2. Broker Access Time
Once the "You're done!" screen appears, your Mortgage Broker can expect to have access to your financial information within their secure platform within a few minutes.
3. Data Sync Error
If you did see the "You're done!" screen and your Broker still doesn't have access, a Data Holder (bank) data sync error may have occurred.
